Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after booking, without giving any reason.
However, if you book a session that takes place within those 14 days and you ask for the service to start before the withdrawal period ends, you explicitly waive your right to a refund once the session has been delivered.
2. Cancellations by You
You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable.
If you do not show up to your session, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without cost if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may be refused or treated as a late cancellation.
4. Cancellations by Me
If I need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between:
A full refund, or
Rescheduling to a new date at no extra cost.
5. Technical Issues
If technical problems on my side prevent the session from taking place, you will receive either a refund or a new session.
If technical problems are on your side and the session cannot continue, it is treated as a late cancellation.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellations or changes must be made via WhatsApp or by email, and are valid based on the time the message is received.
